    Welcome to Meet.SendMega, a service provided by SendMega (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using Meet.SendMega, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


    1. Service Overview

    Meet.SendMega is an online communication platform that allows users to host and join virtual meetings, use chat, AI chat (ChatGPT), classroom-style sessions, interactive whiteboard tools, screen sharing, and optional meeting recordings.

    It is a part of the SendMega ecosystem, which includes:

    • There is no specific age restriction to use Meet.SendMega.
    • Users under local legal age must use the service under parental or guardian supervision.
    • By using the service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to accept these Terms in your country.


    3. Account Registration & Security

    • To access all features, you may need a SendMega account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.


    4. Use of Meeting Features

    Users can:

    ✔ Create and join meetings.

    ✔ Chat, use AI chatbot (ChatGPT), classroom-style tools, and interactive whiteboard.

    ✔ Share screens and optionally record meetings.

    ✔ Upload, share or store files using Drive or SendMega services.


    Important:

    • We do not store recorded meetings by default.
    • Users are responsible for obtaining consent from participants before recording or sharing content.


    5. User Content & File Sharing

    • You retain ownership of the content you share, upload, or transmit.
    • By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
    • You must not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, violent, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.
    • Files are stored in Drive.SendMega or SendMega based on your choice.


    6. Prohibited Activities

    You agree NOT to use Meet.SendMega to:

    • Violate any law or regulation.
    • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
    • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
    • Share copyrighted materials without permission.
    • Record meetings without notifying participants.
    • Bypass security, abuse bandwidth, or disrupt service performance.


    7. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

    • We are fully GDPR compliant.
    • User data is processed only for service functionality, security, and legal compliance.
    • We do not store meeting content or recordings by default.

    8. Service Availability & Changes

    • Meet.SendMega is offered “as is” and “as available.”
    • We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance or improvements.
    • We are not responsible for service interruptions due to internet issues, third-party failures, or technical maintenance.


    9. Limitation of Liability

    SendMega is not liable for:

    • Data loss, connection failures, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
    • Content shared by users during meetings.


    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

    • Violate these Terms.
    • Misuse, hack, or abuse the platform.
    • Engage in illegal or harmful activities.

    Users may delete their account at any time.


    11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms are governed by European Union laws and GDPR regulations.
    • Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts where SendMega is legally registered.
